Taxes
Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST) apply to all orders depending on location. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during shipping.

6. Return of Goods: Reasons and Procedure
You can return non-perishable items within 7 days of receiving your order if they aren't opened and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@hapyveggieworld.com. You are responsible for returning shipping costs unless we know about our mistake. Once the returned product is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund using your original payment method.
Exclusions:
Perishable products (e.g., frozen foods) can only be returned if they are defective upon arrival.
We do not offer returns for items purchased on clearance or as part of a special promotion.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has yet to be processed for shipment. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you may need to follow our return procedure once you receive the product.
